Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and labels still attached.

 

How to Return an Item

  • To start your return, simply email our customer service team at support@shopmountbrook.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a Return Mailing Label.
  • Once you receive the files, print them out. Securely package your item with the RMA inside and attach the mailing label to the outside.
  • Ship the package to the address provided on the mailing label. You’ll be responsible for purchasing postage for the return.

 

Refunds

We’ll process your refund or exchange after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow up to seven days for processing, and we’ll send you an email confirmation when it’s complete.

 

Important Notes

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us right away at the details below, and we’ll arrange a refund or exchange.
